A mellbevágóan organikus nőalakok fényképei Angela Warren felkérésére készültek, aki a birminghami Tejcsoki Anyukák facebook csoportjá nak tagja.

I’m Tiffany, my daughter is Gnilaeh. I’m a LACTivist, soon to be doula, & aspiring lactation consultant. I love all things pregnancy, birth, & motherhood. I’ve been breastfeeding for 9 months on Thursday. I’ve always known I wanted to breastfeed bc it’s beneficial in so many ways… from the beautiful bond to being the healthiest option for babies. Breastfeeding came easy to me, like second nature but that’s bc I chose to educate myself during pregnancy so I didn’t have to deal with many issues. My ultimate goal is to help other women be just as knowledge before hand as I was so their nursing journey can be as fulfilling, stress free, and long as possible. Each one, teach one. • • • Thank you so much @tifnymc for sharing your beautiful story with the world, and allowing me to capture these beautiful images of you and your baby girl! • • • #breastfedbaby #breastmilk #breastisbest #womenempowerment #breastfeedinginpublic #breastfeedingisbeautiful #blackqueen #breastpump #blackart #blackmomsblog #blackmomsmatter #breastfeeding #lactationconsultant #melaninpoppin #blackbreastfeedingweek #naturalhairstyles #blackgoddess #blackwomendobreastfeed #blackfemalephotographer #blackart #art #breastfeedingart #loveontop #problack #afrohair #unapologetic

Ezek a lenyűgöző mamik meggyőztek arról, mennyire lényeges dolog az anyatejes táplálás. Minden anya hozzáadta a maga fejezetét a kerek egész történethez.

Last year I shot a group of 9 moms in Alabama breastfeeding their babies in public. It’s one of the most beautiful, and powerful memories I have because these women came together without the drama to normalize breastfeeding for women of color. This year I shot a group of 9 moms breastfeeding in one of the biggest parks in Boston, and created another beautiful, and powerful memory! This journey is so powerful for me because I love seeing black women come together without the beef, without the pettiness, without downing one another, but instead uplifting, and empowering one another to conquer the same goals! I’ve met so many amazing, strong, like-minded people who share the same passions as me, and I’m blessed to continue my journey with them! If you don’t feel like women of color have a disadvantage with everything in life, then you’re in denial, but don’t worry we’re here to inform you just how strong, and powerful we are despite our circumstances! Our black is beautiful, and I’m gonna continue dedicating my career to show the world that no matter what you throw at us that’ll never change✊?✊?????????????! Párbeszédet indítanak a képekkel arról, hogy mindenki észre vehesse: a csecsen csüngő gyerkőc milyen szoros köteléket alakít ki a szülőjével.

You have the power to change perception, to inspire and empower, and to show people how to embrace their complications, and see the flaws, and the true beauty and strength that’s inside all of us.” — Beyoncé Every time I see a mother being a mother I think of this quote! Pozitívan szeretnék ábrázolni a fekete anyákat, micsoda tiszteletet parancsoló erejük van – akárcsak a régi korok termékenység istennőinek.

Meet Rauslyn Adams, co-founder of @chocolatemilkmommies, a prevention specialist for the Aletheia House, and the beautiful, loving mother of Zamir! Despite her trials, and tribulations she still goes above, and beyond to educate other black mothers about breastfeeding, and provide support to those in need. The role she has played in my journey is teaching me to keep the faith no matter what, and to remain consistent. I’ve seen the things she’s overcome, by keeping the faith, and remaining consistent, and it has inspired me to do the same! Her statistic game on point too always stating facts??Thank you @chang3d_17 for setting a great example for not only me, but all the other women surrounding you! #blackwomendobreastfeed #normalizebreastfeeding #breastfeeding #breastmilk #breastfeedingmom #breastfeedingmama #melanin #goddesses #africanqueen #blackbreastfeedingweek #beautiful #breastfeedingisbeautiful #breastfeed #unapologetic #unapologeticallyblack #liquidgold #blackwomenrock #blackisbeautiful #breastfeed #breastfedbaby #powerfulwoman #breastfeedinggoals #blackwomen #melaninpoppin #blackisbeautiful #melanated #goddess

A year ago, I began my breastfeeding journey with these amazing, beautiful women! Before them I had no idea about the benefits of breastfeeding period, I wasn’t presented with that choice when I had my daughter, I knew of no one personally that breastfed, nor how critical it was to the health of our children. I had no idea about the lack of support that African Americans, Hispanics, or Native American women didn’t receive, and I didn’t see many images of people who looked like us breastfeeding. The stories I have heard along this journey breaks my heart, but has also fueled something inside of me to do my part in not only normalizing breastfeeding in our community, but also connecting mothers without knowledge with a support system that is knowable. This entire week is dedicated to all the beautiful, strong, and phenomenal women of color who breastfeed…I salute you! #blackwomendobreastfeed #normalizebreastfeeding #breastfeeding #breastmilk #breastfeedingmom #breastfeedingmama #melanin #goddesses #africanqueen #blackbreastfeedingweek #nationalbreastfeedingweek #breastfeedingisbeautiful #breastpump #unapologetic #unapologeticallyblack #ankh #unique #beauty #breastfeed #breastfedbaby #superwomen #superheros #blackwomen #melaninpoppin

Meet Dominique Hill, the bold, fearless, and loving mother of Kru. She plays a major role in the growth, and creativeness of my journey. She always encourages me to think outside the box, brings so many ideas to the table, and literally isn’t afraid of anything! Together we have created some amazing work! Her love, and passion for the black people is undeniable, and she’s currently in the process of creating media content that is definitely needed in our community! @_kissedbythe_sun Thank you so much for not only playing a major in my journey, but being a vital asset to the black community ✊?✊?✊? #blackwomendobreastfeed #normalizebreastfeeding #breastfeeding #breastmilk #breastfeedingmom #breastfeedingmama #melanin #goddesses #africanqueen #blackbreastfeedingweek #nationalbreastfeedingweek #breastfeedingisbeautiful #unapologetic #unapologeticallyblack #unique #blackmagic #breastfeed #breastfedbaby #beautiful #blackwomenrock #melaninpoppin #naturalhair #motherhood #myblackisbeautiful
