Felmondott és szakított a pasijával hogy a kutyájával utazgasson

A most 24 esztendős Sydney néhány éve teljesen véletlenül talált rá egy fotóra Instagramon, ami egy lakóbuszban utazgató lányt ábrázolt. Lehet, hogy a sors keze van a dologban vagy csak az Insta algoritmusa, de mindenesetre teljesen megváltoztatta az életét.

Sydney azóta is fel-le utazgat az Egyesült Államokban tökéletes boldogságban, a kutyájával, Ellával. Bár eleinte az akkori barátjával indult el a nagy kalandra, időközben ráébredt, hogy nem ő az igazi számára, így tovább folytatta az útját, ahová már csak a négylábú kedvence kísérte el.

Mindezzel elsősorban azt szerette volna megmutatni, hogy nincs semmi félelmetes abban, ha egy lány egyedül vág neki az útnak. És a képeit elnézve, tökéletesen igaza van!

Okay, last one of this incredible view because I can’t get over how amazing it was to have a backyard like this for even just a few days. 😍 No it doesn’t always look like this. Yes we mostly stay in parking lots with boring views and nothing around. But the days in between at places like this make all of them worth it. A solid reminder that your ridiculous choices were made for something bigger ❤️👌🏼 Only a few more days here in San Diego before head back to the Midwest. Still figuring out how we want to get there and what we want to see along the way. As always, open to suggestions! ⬇️ Hoping to cross a few more things off the bucket list. 🙏🏼

“I remember taking a mental picture about a month ago. If I close my eyes and think about it, I can relive every detail of that moment. I was parked in Utah on my way to San Diego. I was laying in bed on my side, and Ella was behind me being the big spoon with her little paw thrown across my ear. I felt her head lay on top of mine and press down. I immediately thought to myself, “This moment is one of the best that I’ll ever have. The happiest I could ever possibly be.” Life was perfect. – Then she moved her head and rolled around… And the moment was over just like that. If you take anything from this story (full blog story), please notice the good moments. The best ones that you’ll ever have. – Take a mental picture. – Because you never know when they’ll be gone and everything will change. It can happen in an instant. But even in the midst of your worst days ever, keep in mind that it isn’t only the good moments that are fleeting. – The worst will pass and another perfect moment will come soon enough.” – A little piece of a pretty lengthy blog post that I wrote while decompressing the last couple days after an incredibly stressful week. First order of birthday business, a breakfast that will immediately call for a nap. Ella woke me up by licking my face early this morning. The sun is out and it’s already warming up outside. The dog park is full of friends we’ve made this week. Yeah.. I think today will do just fine. Very excited and even more thankful to be able to turn 24 while on the road doing what I love and connecting with so many people who inspire me everyday. Here’s to another year of growing and finding a happiness I used to only dream of having. ❤️ PS. My gynecologists’ office called at 7am and was the first to say happy birthday so there’s also that. 👌🏼
