„A sister is both your mirror and your opposite” – Elizabeth Fishel⁣ ⁣ ? I found this quote the other day and it is absolutely perfect to describe these two. They are so similar in lots of ways and behave like twins sometimes. ?⁣ ⁣ But then the next second you see just how opposite they are too. Xafi is human oriented where Auri is independent. Auri is athletic where Xafi is clumsy. Xafi is loudly demanding when wanting cuddles whereas Auri asks in a very gentle and quiet way to get a fuss. But both are just the most loving and sweet girls I’ve ever known. ♥️ #catlove ⁣

Looking ahead to a brand new week ?? #happymonday⁣ ⁣ ?‍♀️ Have a happy new week furiends. I’m full of positivity these days. In the past months I’ve not spent much time on this account and I’m sorry for the lack of engagement. I haven’t taken new photos or edited much either – again apologies for the occasional repost.⁣ ⁣ The reason is, that Tim and I have changed our lives recently to live healthier and happier. That means less time on social media and more time with each other and the cats, doing things that take us outside and experience new things (I started doing weightlifting for example ?).⁣ ⁣ The difference in my mood is amazing and I hope I can transfer some of that to you all since Mondays can be hard! ? #positivemonday #loveyouall #weeklyfluff⁣

Same same but different? #twinsies⁣ ⁣ 1. Xafi on the left and Auri on the right⁣ 2. Xafi as kitten and as adult⁣ 3. Auri as kitten and as adult⁣ 4. Auri on the left and Xafi on the right⁣ ⁣ ?‍♀️ I often get the question how to tell Xafi and Auri apart. The first picture with the two kitten photos side by side show their different looks quite nicely but once they both grew up they started looking a lot more alike.⁣ ⁣ While to us they are still as different as day and night we know it’s not as easy for others to tell them apart. As sisters they do look quite similar, but there are a few tricks to tell them apart:⁣ ⁣ If you look closely on the last photo you can see that Auri (on the left) has a rounder face, wider ears and slightly darker fur. Xafi (on the right) has a more angular face with slightly taller ears. Their „Meow” is also distinctly different as is the way they both move and act.⁣ ⁣ Auri also looks a lot more muscular and toned even though they are exactly the same weight: 3.5kg ?⁣ ⁣ I hope this helps a bit, but I would still never expect anyone having to distinguish them. ?♥️ #sisfurs #twincats #twinproblems⁣

Come here you big beautiful cup of coffee and lie to me about how much we’re getting done today ?☕ #mondaymotivation⁣ ⁣ ? Happy Monday furiends! I’m a little tired today after a long, fun-filled weekend with the Catmum of @kafka.the.kat. Amber, Tim and I visited Oxford and London and never stopped talking or walking. So much to discuss and see! ?⁣ ⁣ Now it’s back to work for me. Always hard to get back into the swing after having such a great time!⁣
