This book was in a schoolhouse in the town of Pripyat, which housed all the workers of Chernobyl. It shows a picture of Vladimir Lenin, the man who basically started the Soviet Union. This disaster, in a way, ended it.

There has been a lot of negative press that I have seen today about Instagram influencers being disrespectful by posting photos of themselves at Chernobyl. I have seen some distasteful pictures, however, by them going to these places and posting pictures on Instagram it increases the tourism to both Chernobyl and Ukraine which I think is great. I took lots of pictures at Chernobyl and I will be sharing them with you all. I enjoy sharing my photos and stories with people and I enjoy listening to others and hearing about/seeing all the places they have visited… So essentially I hope none of you are offended by any of my Chernobyl posts! The tour itself was absolutely fantastic and one I think everyone should experience. There is a lot of walking involved and ducking and diving under bushes.
